In cases where one or more teeth are situated far from the position they should originally be in, it will not be medically appropriate to have a try-in session without changing the position of that tooth or those teeth. It is because such teeth may prevent the ideal smile design from being applied with 100% accuracy. However, this possibility is taken into consideration during the decision-making stage.

The material used in the try-in session is insufficient in terms of both durability and appearance and is produced and only used shortly for try-in purposes. However, the teeth are produced using durable materials with special methods in laboratory conditions.
