All-on-4 is a full-arch tooth replacement system that uses just four strategically placed titanium implants to support a complete fixed bridge of teeth. Visit 1 — Implant Surgery & Temporary Teeth (7–10 Days)
DAY 1
Arrival & Welcome

Consultation & 3D Scanning

Implant Surgery
Surgery performed under local anaesthesia (sedation available on request). Four titanium implants placed at precise angles. Procedure typically takes 2–3 hours per jaw. A temporary fixed bridge is fitted on the same day.

How many visits to Turkey do I need?
All-on-4 treatment requires two visits. Your first visit (7–10 days) covers the implant surgery and fitting of temporary teeth. Your second visit (5–7 days), approximately 3–6 months later, is for your permanent prosthesis.
Will my UK dentist be able to maintain my implants?
Yes. We use CE-marked, globally serviced implant systems (Straumann, Nobel Biocare, Neodent) that can be maintained and repaired by any qualified UK implantologist. We provide a detailed implant passport listing the brand, model, and dimensions of every implant placed.
Can I have both jaws treated at the same time?
Yes. Many patients treat both jaws simultaneously to reduce the number of trips required and to complete their full mouth restoration in a single surgical session. Our team will assess your case and advise on the most appropriate approach during your online consultation.
What is the difference between All-on-4 and All-on-6?
All-on-4 uses four implants per jaw and is suitable for most patients, including those with some bone loss. All-on-6 uses six implants and provides a slightly stronger foundation — recommended for patients with good bone density who want maximum stability or for the upper jaw where bone density is naturally lower.
What if I have complications after returning home?
